OUR MISSION: It is the mission of the Ohio Valley Freedom Fighters to prepare all individuals so that they may serve and protect our Country, our Communities, our Families and our Rights.
Our Country: Serve your country by being prepared to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. To provide vital Local information and assistance in times of need.
Our Communities: Natural disasters, riots, and other emergencies happen...being prepared is key. This way we may help others in our community who were not yet prepared. You may also help serve your community by gaining skills, knowledge and participating in community events.
Our Rights: To uphold the Constitution of the United States and the Constitutions of our Several States. To oppose any form of tyranny within the United States of America.
WHAT WE OFFER: We offer a lifetime of brotherhood, training, and information so that you can ready your family and yourself as an individual. Training meetings will consist of things as simple as studying the constitution, reading a map, or eating good BBQ food at the park....to such vital and complex training as first aid, disaster preparedness, firearms safety/training, home security operations and more. We offer a chance to make a difference.
WHAT WE ARE NOT: Some members of media and government like to depict us as “extremist,” and “gun nuts.” This is in no way accurate. We believe they do this to try and break our spirit and the unity which occurs naturally in all the citizens of this great country. We believe they do this to deflect attention from the corruption that is at the core of our Nation's problems.They may also say we are involved in illegal activities. This also is highly inaccurate. The Ohio Valley Freedom Fighters are not affiliated with any political parties, religious factions or hate groups, and does not engage in any illegal activity. Period.
WHO CAN JOIN?: We define the Militia as "all citizens capable of bearing arms" We believe if you are an American Citizen you already are a member. Though, anyone can join the Unit we do have suggested standards and requirements that we have for our members. We do ask you to be at least 18 years of age, have no felony convictions, and are not affiliated with any type of hate groups. All members are required to submit an application, and may be subject to criminal background and/or drug tests. Former military service, medical, law enforcement and constitutional law experience are all considered major pluses on your application.

Members must be willing and able to submit to a background check and/or drug test at the discretion of the Militia Staff and their immediate Unit Leader. Simply put, we have zero tolerance for criminality. Don't break the law, conspire to break the law, or advocate breaking the law. These are grounds for immediate dismissal.
**These terms are binding and non-negotiable upon application for membership. Any falsification will be considered breach of trust and grounds for immediate dismissal from the Ohio Valley Freedom Fighters Citizens Volunteer Militia.

Because a well armed citizenry is the best homeland security and can better deter crime, terrorism, invasion and tyranny it is the intention of the O.V.F.F. to inform, promote and facilitate the formation and training of volunteer citizens, as was intended by the founding fathers and framers of the Constitution. All citizens are welcome regardless of race, gender, color, creed, politics (or lack thereof) or religion (or lack thereof). If you are an American citizen who is legally capable of bearing arms or wishes to defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign or domestic,or wish to support those who can, you can participate in the training and preparedness. To those who intend to bring harm, violence, mayhem and terror to our fellow citizens: you are NOT welcome and will be reported to the proper authorities as soon as discovered! We believe that the greatest form of government for a free people is one that supports our unalienable rights of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness as "endowed by our creator", whoever YOU think that may be.
